New 90gal
Well the new tank is home. Thank you Ramona for helping me get it moved.
Once I got it home, I measured it. It is actually a 90 gallon tank. Bought it advertised as an 80 gallon.
Tank Length = 48.5 inches
Tank Width = 18.5 inches
Tank Height = 23.5 inches
Tank Volume = 91.3 Gallons
I was hoping to use the stand that I already have but this tank is larger than my 55 gallon.
So I guess I have to build a new stand and canopy.
It is still totally filthy, but here are some pics.

It's Clean(er)
Rinsed out all the residue and dirt left from the gravel. After I scrubbed it down inside and out. I used some vinegar in a spray bottle along with some good 'ole elbow grease and a scraper to get all the hard water stains out.
Filled it with water just to make sure there were no leaks. Added vinegar to that water and threw in a couple of power heads and let them run for about week.

Painted the back
Spray painted the back black cause I don't like that 'see through' look. Especially since it is going up against a wall and the plumbing will be through an external overflow box. Almost took two cans of paint. I did a few layers.
Skimmer and Sump test
Finished building the sump and filled it with water today.
Completed the plumbing on the skimmer and ran it through a test. I did a water change today so I had some dirty saltwater to run through the skimmer.
Hooked up a Maxi jet to move water from the last chamber back to the first chamber.
So far, so good. Skimmer was pulling some junk just from this test run.

55 gallon take down and 90 gallon setup
Finally got the stand made and everything painted. Moved corals to temporary tanks. Moved live rock to buckets. Moved fish and inverts also to temporary aquariums. I still need to build the hood. Using tempor
90 gallon is up
Moved rock, then corals once the water cleared up a bit. Added inverts then fish.
The fish seem more happy, they have more room to swim around.
My sweet girlfriend bought me an early birthday present, a Sailfin Tang.

Now with Canopy!
The completion of the canopy means that I am done with my 90 gallon build!!
